VoIP System Support support credits can be used during our normal business hours 9:00AM - 7:00PM Eastern - Monday through Friday excluding all US Holidays.Your support credits can also be used for after hours support at a 50% per support credit up charge- This offer excludes support hours purchased at a discounted rate.
All work related to the ticket including email correspondence, is billed in 1 minute/credit increments. For support service, we charge you for the time taken to support your issue.
.e4 Prefers direct SSH and Web UI access and can provide you with our approved IP address to add to your firewall. .e4 will provide support using various screensharing technologies. Please note: Setup time for using your screen share method will be applied against available support credits.
