Queue Reports gives you complete control over which data is displayed for your reports and affords users the opportunity to build custom templates that make for fast reporting. Each report type lists columns that can be checked (or unchecked) for total customization. Queue Reports is divided up into 2 different sections. One for templates, and one for reports. Templates give you the ability to build the custom information of what you would like to see in the report and also gives you the option to save it. The reports section allows you to run your templates against any or all of your Agents and Queues.
